Our mission is to empower local non-profit organizations to reach their full potential by creating tangible solutions that positively impact our client's ability to serve the community.
Your non-profit organization will receive pro bono consulting services from a group of talented students from The University of Texas at Austin. We will work closely with you and your organization to provide effective solutions.
Our passion for non-profit organizations
We realize non-profit organizations often times lack the resources to effectively handle complex business situations. These constraints may have to do with time, money, or even the availability of human capital. If this were to happen to a for-profit entity, it would normally turn to a professional consultancy for guidance. However, we realize this option is not available to most non-profit organizations due to budgetary constraints. In order to address this problem, we hope to work with non-profit organizations in solving their complex business problems on a pro bono basis while also helping them make a social difference in the Austin community.
Project Structure
Our projects typically last around 8-10 weeks. We follow the Agile methodology closely in order to meet deadlines and ensure a successful project.
The Agile methodology is a project management process often used in consulting which facilitates collaboration and the creation of solutions that closely meet the demands of the client. This methodology incorporates frequent timelines in which we will meet with our clients on a consistent basis to share progress and incorporate feedback into the end result.
