In doing so, students will learn to empower non-profit organizations to reach their full potential. We became a branch in Fall 2018. • Last school year, we worked with five nonprofit organizations in the Austin area. Our previous work has focused on technical, strategic, and operational consulting; however, we do not specialize in any certain discipline. We work to make sure nonprofit organizations are able to fulfill the goals they set out to achieve because we believe in effective charity and developing the next generation of social impact leaders.

  • Our projects vary in terms of tasks and goals; however, we select projects which are both valuable learning experiences for our members and impactful in nature. We choose projects with local nonprofit organizations in Austin who need help with some operational challenge they may be facing. Consultants meet with clients, brainstorm solutions, and compile reports to present their findings and ideas to clients.

  • We recruit for new consultants to join our team in the beginning of each semester. We are looking for hardworking and talented individuals with a passion for service!

  • We are looking for people who are passionate about the mission of Texas 180 Degrees Consulting. • There will be a minimum commitment of 1-hour general meetings every other week and 1-hour client project meetings every week. Our general meetings are on Mondays from 6-7pm. We estimate a commitment of about 3-5 hours per week, but it will vary depending on the tasks you are assigned.
